Sore throat.. what's in my cabinet?

Yesterday I felt the first tickle of a sore throat coming on.  I was so focused on trying to finish what I was doing, however, that I didn't do anything about it and by last night it was in full force.  The best essential oil to combat sore throats is Tea Tree oil (also known as Melaleuca), but I'm out of that one so I looked in my medicine cabinet (or essential oil cabinet since doing a medicine cabinet/essential oil makeover) and I do have a wonderful blend called per la Immunity which can be found at www.HealthAndWellnessEO.weebly.com.  So, I took a hot shower, then applied one drop of oil mixed with fractionated coconut oil on each foot and put about 5 drops into an empty capsule.  I woke up this morning and it is SO much better!  I'll keep up that routine for the next few days to make sure whatever bug in my throat is really squashed.
The wonderful thing about oils is even if you don't have a preferred one for a specific illness you can truly use what you do have and still get results.  I would get faster results with tea tree, but oils have so many different chemical constituents, sometimes in the hundreds, that what you have on hand can at least hold you over till you can get what you need.

 Oil UP it Works!!
